This loan helps to buy chicks to raise.
This group is made up of nineteen (19) women who live in the same neighborhood. Their strong social cohesion gave birth to their group in 2015. Their main business is agriculture.
Ndiattou, standing on the far right in the photo with her hand raised, is the group representative. She is 28 years old, married and the mother of 3 children. Two of them are boys. She makes a living in agriculture and so with this loan she will buy chicks as well as their feed so she can nourish them from the start through raising them. She will sell them in her neighborhood and the surroundings to people she knows.
She will take care of her children’s education and the family’s needs with the profits that are generated by her farming business. A portion of her profit will be reinvested in her business to make it grow.
